摘要
武夷山作为全国知名的旅游城市,旅游氛围浓厚,同时武夷山也是世界红茶与乌龙茶发源地,各地茶叶爱好者纷至沓来,茶叶体验-游学观光项目也得到蓬勃发展。但行业复合型人才奇缺,通过茶旅复合型师资队伍培养、人才方案等角度对武夷学院茶-旅复合型人才的培育进行了初步探讨,以期为武夷山茶-旅复合型人才培养提供一定思路。
Wuyishan city is a famous tourist destination in China,which has a strong tourism atmosphere.At the same time,Wuyishan is also the birthplace of black tea and oolong tea in the world.Tea enthusiasts from all over the world have come in one after another,and gradually tea experience-tourism projects have also flourished.However,there is a great shortage of compound talents in the industry.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the cultivation of tea-tourism talents in Wuyi university from the angles of the cultivation of tea brigade compound teachers and the talent scheme,so as to provide some ideas for the training of tea tourist talents in Wuyishan.
