摘要
该文介绍了华中农业大学茶学专业创新创业教育模式,基于茶产业链发展对人才的需求情况,将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,建立了“四系+”茶学专业创新创业教育模式。基于该模式构建了课程育人、文化育人、实践育人和协同育人的创新创业人才培养体系,在提升学生创新能力、创业能力和综合素质方面取得了较好的效果。
This article introduces the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of tea science major in Huazhong Agricultural University.Based on the demand for talents for the development of the tea industry chain,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is carried through the whole process of talent training,and the four system+tea science major innovation and entrepreneurship education mode is established.In this mode,an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system of curriculum education,cultural education,practical education and collaborative education has been constructed,and good results have been achieved in improving students’innovative ability,entrepreneurial ability and overall quality.
