摘要
做好新冠肺炎疫情期间高校舆情应对工作既有利于维护高校平稳及社会稳定,也能为高校处理重大突发事件舆情积累经验。新冠肺炎疫情期间,高校舆情具有知识化、联动化、情绪化的特点,按内容要素可划分为问题诉求类舆情、不实不当言论类舆情、公共卫生事件类舆情三种类型,要采取不同的治理路径,突出舆情治理工作的针对性和有效度,达到舆情治理的目标。以信息输入、信息处理、信息输出三个环节构建起的疫情期间高校舆情应对模式,从而降低舆情的不利影响,在高校构筑起防火墙和引水渠,维护高校校园的纯净安宁。
It is an important task to well cope with public opinion towards the COVID-19 epidemic,which in turn contributes to the stability of colleges and universities and society,and accumulates experience for colleges in their dealing with public opinion toward major emergencies.During the COVID-19 pandemic,public opinion in colleges tends to be knowledge-oriented,interconnected,and emotional;besides,according to the content,it can be divided into three kinds,respectively concentrating on the demand to solve problems,false and improper speech and public health events.Therefore,different governance paths are needed to give prominence to the pertinence and effectiveness of public opinion management,which helps to achieve the final goal of the work.During the epidemic,a general mode to respond to public opinion should be constructed in colleges and universities,featuring information input,processing and output,so as to defuse the adverse effects of opinion,build a firewall and a water diversion ditch in colleges,and maintain a pure and peaceful environment for the campus.
