Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation intervention on the quality of life and pain grade of lung cancer patients during the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods We selected 106 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy who were diagnosed and treated in hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 as the study objects, and according to the principle of matching gender, age, and lung cancer type, they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 53 cases each. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received TCM syndrome differentiation intervention to observe the quality of life, pain grade and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of role function, physical function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation intervention during the period of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for lung cancer patients can improve the living quality of patients, reduce pain levels, and improve patient's nursing satisfaction.
