摘要
总结30位名中医辨证治疗肺癌的经验,他们注重扶正祛邪、从化痰清热、祛瘀解毒、益气养阴、健脾补肾、疏肝理气等方面治疗,同时注重病理类型阶段、肺肝同调、顾护脾肾;并列举用药特点。
To summarize experiences of 30 famous TCM experts in treating lung cancer based on syndrome differentiation. They emphasize the methods supporting right and dispel evil, clearing heat and transforming phlegm, dispeling stasis and resolving toxin, boosting Qi and nourishing Yin, fortifying the spleen and supplementing the kidney, coursing the liver and rectifying Qi and so on. The types and phrases of the cancer should be emphasized, and the liver and lung should be simultaneously treated, the spleen and kidney should be protected for the treatment. The features of using drugs were listed.
