急性有机磷农药中毒程度对患者认知功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨不同中毒程度的急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者认知功能差异。方法将医院急诊科2019年1月至2020年3月接收的AOPP患者60例作为研究对象,按照中毒程度分为轻度组(28例),中度组(21例),重度组(11例);采用简易精神智力量表(MMSE)及生活认知功能检查评估患者治疗1周后、治疗2周后及治疗1个月后的认知功能状况。结果治疗1周后、2周后及治疗1个月后三组AOPP患者的MMSE评分逐渐上升,同时间点MMSE评分比较,轻度组>中度组>重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三组AOPP患者治疗2周后、治疗1个月后MMSE评分均显著高于治疗1周后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1周后、2周后及治疗1个月后重度、中度及轻度AOPP患者的生活认知功能评分逐渐上升,同时间生活认知功能评分比较,轻度组>中度组>重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三组AOPP患者治疗2周后、治疗1个月后生活认知评分均高于治疗1周后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性有机磷农药中毒患者普遍存在不同程度认知功能损伤,认知功能损伤程度与中毒程度密切相关,中毒越轻,认知功能损伤越轻微,恢复越好。 Objective To explore the cognitive functional differences between acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)patients with different degrees of poisoning was set as the study subject.Methods We selected 60 cases of AOPP patients received from the emergency department of hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 as the study objects,and according to the degree of poisoning,they were divided into a mild group(28 cases),a moderate group(21 cases),and a severe group(11 cases).Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and life cognitive function tests were used to evaluate the patients'cognitive function after 1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment,and 1 month of treatment.Results The MMSE scores of the three groups of AOPP patients increased gradually after 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,in the comparison with the MMSE scores at the same time point,the MMSE scores were mild group>moderate group>severe group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The MMSE scores of the three groups of AOPP patients after 2 weeks of treatment and 1 month after treatment were significantly higher than those after 1 week of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The life cognitive function scores of the three groups of AOPP patients increased gradually after 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,in the comparison with the life cognitive function scores at the same time point,the MMSE scores were mild group>moderate group>severe group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The life cognitive function scores of the three groups of AOPP patients after 2 weeks of treatment and 1 month after treatment were higher than those after 1 week of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The patients undergoing acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning generally had different degrees of cognitive impairment.The degree of cognitive impairment was closely related to the degree of poisoning.The lighter the poisoning was,the less
