摘要
目的观察临床上对有机磷农药中毒患者展开医治,选择施用解磷注射液急诊治疗干预的效果。方法60例有机磷农药中毒患者,经由随机法建立分组试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组施用常规急诊治疗干预,试验组在对照组基础上施用解磷注射液急诊治疗干预。比较两组患者治疗效果、神经功能评分、认知功能评分、住院时间、生活质量。结果治疗工作完成后,试验组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。试验组神经功能评分(5.27±1.45)分低于对照组的(10.69±2.36)分(P<0.05)。试验组认知功能评分(78.23±9.13)分高于对照组的(65.14±8.29)分(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院时间(6.43±1.87)d短于对照组的(10.75±2.19)d(P<0.05)。试验组患者心理功能评分(80.16±4.28)分、物质生活状态评分(81.28±4.61)分、社会功能评分(80.13±3.24)分,均高于对照组的(71.37±4.64)、(72.13±4.62)、(70.92±3.13)分(P<0.05)。结论解磷注射液急诊治疗干预措施投入到临床有机磷农药中毒患者的医治中,所得干预的评估结果较好。患者获得成功抢救的同时,患者的神经功能情况及认知功能情况也得到了进一步改善,其自身的生活质量也得到提升,值得被推广至临床应用当中。
Objective To observe the effect of pyraloxime injection in emergency treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 60 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment intervention,and the experimental group received pyraloxime injection for emergency treatment intervention based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function score,cognitive function score,length of hospital stay and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the completion of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The neurological function score of(5.27±1.45)points in the experimental group was lower than(10.69±2.36)points in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of(78.23±9.13)points in the experimental group was higher than(65.14±8.29)points in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay of(6.43±1.87)d in the experimental group was shorter than(10.75±2.19)d in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had psychological function score of(80.16±4.28)points,material life status score of(81.28±4.61)points,social function score of(80.13±3.24)points,which were higher than(71.37±4.64),(72.13±4.62)and(70.92±3.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with pyraloxime injection has a good effect.While the patient is successfully rescued,their neurological and cognitive functions are further improved,and their quality of life is also enhanced.It is worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
