摘要
目的观察疏风解毒胶囊(疏风解毒胶囊)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者外周血感染指标的影响、临床治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法患者100例随机分为两组,均给予常规对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加服疏风解毒胶囊治疗,疗程8 d。观察治疗后两组总有效率、肺功能改变、血白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、肝素结合蛋白(HBP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等指标,并观察治疗期间药物相关不良反应。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组中医证候总积分及各单项症状积分(咳嗽、咯痰、喘息)较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后肺功能指标较治疗前均增高(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后WBC、hsCRP、PCT、HBP及IL-6较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合西医治疗能够明显提高AECOPD患者肺功能,降低外周血感染指标,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules(SFJDC)on peripheral blood infection index and clinical therapeutic effect in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD).Methods:100 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment.The observation group was given SFJDC on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 days.The total effective rate,pulmonary function changes,white blood cell count(WBC),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),heparin binding protein(HBP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were observed after treatment.The drug related adverse reactions in patients were evaluated.Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than it of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of single clinical symptoms such as expectoration,cough and wheezing were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms and pulmonary function(P<0.05).After treatment,the infection indexes of WBC,hs-CRP,PCT,HBP and IL-6 in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the infection indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between two groups in the drug related adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:SFJDC combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the lung function of patients with AECOPD,reduce the index of peripheral blood infection,and improve the treatment effect,which has a certain clinical application value.
