摘要
针对目前工程中常用的硅酸盐水泥套筒灌浆料、硫铝酸盐水泥套筒灌浆料、硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥复合套筒灌浆料,从灌浆料流动度、抗压强度、竖向膨胀率等方面,对3种不同水泥基套筒灌浆料作比对研究。结果表明:硫铝酸盐水泥套筒灌浆料在流动度、早期抗压强度、竖向膨胀率等方面优于其他2种灌浆料,而硅酸盐水泥套筒灌浆料后期抗压强度增长较快。
At present,the commonly used grouting materials are portland cement sleeve grouting material,sulphoaluminate cement sleeve grouting material,portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement sleeve grouting material.Three kinds of cement-based casing grouting materials are compared in terms of fluidity,compressive strength and vertical expansion rate.The results show that the sulphoaluminate cement sleeve grouting material is better than the other two kinds of grouting materials in terms of fluidity,early compressive strength and vertical expansion ratio,while the later the compressive strength of portland cement sleeve grouting material increases rapidly.
