摘要
目的:探究现代名老中医治疗肝郁型阳痿的用药规律。方法:采用数据挖掘法对收集的194首处方进行整理、挖掘、分析,总结药物配伍规律、各药物和药物组合的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则。结果:高频药物包括柴胡、白芍、当归、淫羊藿等,归经以肝、肾、脾经居多,关联规则结果显示置信度最高的药物组合为白术-当归-柴胡,支持度最高的药物组合是白芍-柴胡。聚类分析结果显示5个有效聚类群,因子分析结果显示12个公因子。结论:基于数据挖掘结果发现,现代名老中医治疗肝郁型阳痿的原则为疏肝解郁、补肾活血,同时重视健脾、益气、安神。
Objective:To explore the prescription law by distinguished traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors in modern time on treating sexual impotence of liver depression.Methods:There were 194 prescriptions retrieved through data mining,and these prescriptions were further summarized and analyzed to generalize the combination laws,the frequency of each medicinal,the combination of each medicinal,and the correlations rules.Results:The medicinals with high frequency were Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),and Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii),and the involved channels were mainly liver,kidney and spleen meridians.The correlation rule analysis indicated that medicinal combination with high confidence were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Radix Bupleuri,medicinal combination with the highest support degree was Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Bupleuri.The cluster analysis showed that there were five effective cluster groups.The factor analysis showed that there were twelve factors.Conclusion:This data mining shows that the principle of distinguished TCM doctors on treating sexual impotence of liver depression is soothing liver and relieving depression,tonifying the kidney and activating blood,and strengthening the spleen,tonifying qi and tranquilizing mind should also be emphasized.
