摘要
进入新时代,劳动教育在高等教育中的地位和作用越来越突出,不仅满足学生社会生活的基本需求,而且作为学生综合素质的衡量标准,成为大学生思想政治教育重要组成部分,目前,高校在开展劳动教育中出现很多短板,全员、全程和全方位育人合力不足,造成学生劳动教育意识及行为出现脱离,阻碍劳动教育现代化进程,围绕“三全育人”理念,以劳动教育为核心,搭建劳动育人平台,形成“以学带劳”“以体促劳”“以理赋劳”的劳动育人新格局,促进大学生全面成长成才,推进劳动教育现代化进程具有重要的意义.
Entering the new era,labor education plays a more and more prominent role in higher education.It not only meets the basic needs of students'social life,but also becomes an important part of college students'ideological and political education as a measure of students'comprehensive quality.At present,there are many shortcomings in the implementation of labor education in colleges and universities.The lack of full,whole-process and all-round talent cultivation leads to the separation of students'labor education consciousness and behavior,which hinders the modernization process of labor education.Centering on the concept of"three comprehensive education"and taking labor education as the core,it is of great significance to build a platform of labor education,and form a new pattern of labor education featuring"learning to bring about labor","promoting labor by physical means"and"paying labor by reason",so as to promote the all-round growth of college students and promote the modernization process of labor education.
