摘要 文章介绍了包钢股份钢管公司生产的规格为Ф141 mm×13.5 mm BT140TT高抗挤毁套管在不同热处理工艺下力学性能和组织演变规律,通过热处理工艺正交试验得出了BT140TT最佳热处理工艺为淬火(890±10)℃保温40 min,回火(660±10)℃保温90 min,材料屈服强度不低于965 MPa,0℃横向冲击功不低于100 J,满足抗挤毁套管BT140TT设计要求,实现了高强高韧性能的综合要求。 In this paper,it is introduced the evolution law of mechanical properties and microstructure for BT140TT high anti-collapse casing with the specification ofФ141 mm×13.5 mm produced by Steel Tube Co.of Baotou Steel with different heat treatment processes,the orthogonal experiment of heat treatment process showed that the optimum heat treatment process of BT140TT was quenching at(890±10)℃and holding for 40 min,tempering at(660±10)℃and holding for 90 min,material yield strength≥965 MPa and impact energy at 0℃≥100 J,which could meet the design requirements of BT140TT anti-collapse casing as well as the integrated requirement of high strength and toughness could be realized.
