摘要
分别采用ER50-6焊丝和GM120焊丝对刃具钢30CrMnB进行CO2气体保护焊,研究焊接接头的力学性能和组织。结果表明:采用ER50-6焊丝焊接的接头强度大于焊材强度,小于母材强度;焊缝和热影响区的冲击功是母材的1.3~4倍;焊缝硬度低于热影响区和母材的;焊缝组织为粒状贝氏体+先共析铁素体。采用GM120焊丝焊接的接头强度同焊材强度相当,但小于母材强度;焊缝和热影响区的冲击功是母材的1.2~1.7倍;焊缝硬度高于细晶区的但低于粗晶区的,焊缝组织为细小的板条贝氏体+马氏体组织。
30CrMnB of cutting tool steel were welded by CO2 gas-shield welding with ER50-6 welding wire and GM120 welding wire respectively. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joints were studied. The results show that the strength of the joint welded with ER50-6 wire is bigger than that of welding material and less than that of base material;the impact energy of weld and HAZ is 1.3-4 times of that of the base metal;the hardness of weld is lower than that of heat affected zone and base metal;the weld microstructure is granular bainite+proeutectoid ferrite. The strength of the joint welded with GM120 wire is similar to that of welding material but less than that of base material;the impact energy of weld and HAZ is 1.2-1.7 times of that of the base metal;the hardness of weld is higher than that of fine crystal zone but lower than that of coarse crystal zone, the weld microstructure is fine lath bainite and martensite.
