摘要
采用CO_2气体保护焊对50 mm TMCP桥梁钢Q420q E进行焊接,用金相显微镜观察焊接接头微观组织,并检验接头拉伸、弯曲及冲击性能。结果表明,焊缝外观平整、组织均匀,焊缝和热影响区均具有良好的冲击韧性,焊接接头强度可以满足使用要求,TMCP桥梁钢焊接性能优良。
50 mm Q420 q E TMCP Steel for bridge was welded by C02 gas shield welding. The optical microscopy were used to analyze the microstructure,and the mechanical properties of weld joints were tested by universal material testing machine and pendulum machine. The results show that,the welding metal shows higher strength than that of the base metal.Both the welding metal and heat affected zone possess good impact toughness. The quality of the welded joint could meet the requirements in.
