摘要
探讨了改善化纤高弹牛仔布面接头质量的技术措施。分析了现有接头问题,包括主要品种及类型、布面接头显现率、车间质量控制及其他纱厂筒纱接头的分析等,并由此提出了改善措施。通过原料优选、加大卷装容量、减少纱疵、改造捻结器、优化电清参数、优化接头参数等改进措施,使切纱次数和总接头次数减少,接头质量提高,进而达到减少牛仔布面接头显现率的目的。
The technical measures to improve the quality of chemical fiber high elastic gauze cloth surface joints are discussed.The existing joint problems are analyzed,including the main varieties and types,the appearance rate of fabric joints,workshop quality control and the analysis of other yarn mills’yarn joints,and the improvement measures are also proposed.Through improvement measures such as selecting raw materials,increasing package capacity,reducing yarn defects,transforming twisters,optimizing electrical cleaning parameters,and optimizing splicing parameters,the number of yarn cuts and total splicing times are reduced,and the quality of splicing is improved,thereby reducing surface joint visibility of denim.
