摘要
非晶合金具有不同于晶体材料的优异性能,如耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、磁性能等。非晶合金粉末是非晶材料的重要组成部分,是制备各种非晶合金零部件的重要原材料。本文综述非晶合金粉末材料的制备方法,如雾化制粉法、机械合金化法和非晶块体材料破碎法等,并分析铁基非晶合金粉末的特点、应用进展与发展前景。
Amorphous alloys have excellent properties different from crystalline materials,such as wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and magnetic properties.Amorphous alloy powder is an important part of amorphous materials and an important raw material for preparing various amorphous alloy parts.In this paper,the preparation methods of amorphous alloy powder materials were reviewed,such as atomization method,mechanical alloying method and amorphous bulk material crushing method.And the characteristics, application progress and development prospect of Fe based amorphous alloy powder were analyzed.
