摘要
目的了解临床医学专业在校生个体发展的人文满意度,为我国新医科建设以来的医学教育改革提供一定的建议。方法2019年11月-2020年4月,采取分层随机抽样方法,选取某医科大学484名临床医学专业学生,应用基本情况、总体人文满意度和单项人文满意度,进行相关内容的问卷调查和统计分析,其中单项人文满意度设置为学生在学习主动性、个性关注、专业认同以及就业前景四个维度的满意度。结果临床医学专业学生个体发展的总体人文满意度中,按照学生年级和专业,选择“非常好”的数据均具有统计学意义(P=0.000;P=0.048)。学习主动性、个性关注、专业认同以及就业前景四个维度的单项人文满意度中,选择“非常好”的数据在年级和专业分类中均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,2019级学生和九年制临床医学专业学生在总体人文满意度和单项人文满意度调查中,满意程度均显著高于其他年级和专业。学生个体发展的人文满意度呈现由低年级向高年级递减、由九年制向八年制、五年制专业递减的趋势。结论学校医学教育需要以课程教学为中心,进行内容和方法层面的综合改进,内容上应进一步探索人文与医学相结合的纵横向课程设计与实施,方法上包括线上线下课程资源的重新整合、提升学校教学管理科学化水平、增加人文课程师资等。
Objectives To understand the humanistic satisfaction in individual development of clinical medical students,and to provide some suggestions for medical education reform since the construction of new medicine in China.Methods Using stratified random sampling method,484 clinical medical students were selected from a Medical University in Nanjing in November 2019-April 2020.The questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were conducted on the basic information,overall humanistic satisfaction and individual humanistic satisfaction.The individual humanistic satisfaction was set as four dimensions of students’learning initiative,personality concern,professional identity and employment prospects Degree of satisfaction.Results In the overall humanistic satisfaction of clinical medical students’individual development,the data of“very good”according to the grade and specialty of students were statistically significant(P=0.000;P=0.048).Among the four dimensions of learning initiative,personality concern,professional identity and employment prospect,the data of“very good”had statistical significance in the classification of grades and majors(P<0.05).Students of grade 2019 and students of nine-year program of clinical medicine are significantly higher than other grades and majors in the overall and individual humanistic satisfaction survey.The humanistic satisfaction of students’individual development is decreasing from junior to senior,from nine-year to eight-year and five-year majors.Conclusions School medical education needs to be centered on curriculum teaching,and carried on the comprehensive improvement of the content and the method level.In the content,we should further explore the vertical and horizontal curriculum design and implementation of the combination of humanities and medicine.The methods include the reintegration of online and offline curriculum resources,improving the scientific level of school teaching management,and increasing the humanities curriculum teachers.
