高尿酸血症及痛风心血管损害超声研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)是血尿酸盐异常升高引起的代谢性疾病。痛风是持续HUA致单钠尿酸盐晶体析出,沉积于皮下、关节及肾而引发急性关节炎、慢性痛风石及痛风肾。现有研究发现高尿酸水平和痛风石均与痛风患者死亡风险增加有关,大多数归因于心血管不良事件[1]。原发性HUA及痛风常合并代谢综合征、心血管疾病和肾脏疾病[2]。超声心动图能早期发现高浓度尿酸及尿酸晶体所致的心血管系统损害,对HUA及痛风的心血管疾病筛查和管理有重要意义。本文将HUA及痛风相关心血管系统病变超声心动图研究现状综述如下。
