摘要 左心室功能是心脏整体功能评价的重要组成部分,二维超声斑点追踪成像技术能够对单个像素进行追踪并获取其运动轨迹,从而对左心室功能有全方位的认识。目前已有大量的临床研究肯定了超声斑点追踪技术对左心室功能评价的意义,本文将对此进行综述。 Assessment of left ventricular function is an important part of the function of whole cardiac. Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology can track single pixel and get its trajectory, thus we can fully knowledge the function of left ventricular. At present, a large number of clinical studies have confirmed the significance of two-speckle tracking imaging in the evaluation of left ventricular function, and the details were reviewed in this article.
