摘要
教师心理资本是教师个人因素中潜在积极力量,是促进教师专业成长的重要资源,对提升教育教学质量具有重要而深远的意义。十年来,国内教师心理资本研究的特点体现在三个方面:研究对象主要涉及大中小幼儿教师,其他教师群体涉及不足;研究主题以教师心理资本的后果变量和中介效应研究为主,前因变量和环境因素的探讨、本土化的理论构建和实践模式的开发推广稍少;研究方法以获得截面数据的量化研究为主体,实验设计、质性分析和纵向研究还有待加强。未来研究应该在继承现有研究成果基础上,加大理论研究的本土化,加深研究内容的精细化,加强研究方法的多元化,加速实践运用的普及化。
Teachers'psychological capital is a potential positive force in teachers'personal factors and an important resource to promote teachers'professional development,which is of great and far-reaching significance to improve the quality of education and teaching.In the past ten years,the characteristics of domestic research on teachers'psychological capital are reflected in three aspects:the research object mainly involves preschool teachers in primary and secondary schools,and other teacher groups are not involved in enough;the research topics are mainly the consequence variables and intermediary effects of teachers'psychological capital,while the discussion of antecedent variables and environmental factors,the theoretical construction of localization and the development and promotion of practice mode are less;the main body of the research method is to obtain the quantitative cross-section data,and the experimental design,qualitative analysis and longitudinal research need to be strengthened.The future research should be based on the existing research results,increase the localization of theoretical research,deepen the refinement of research content,strengthen the diversification of research methods,and accelerate the popularization of practical application.
