摘要
口腔诊疗技术每天都在不断发展,与之相应的各种高速旋转设备和超声设备也在随之不断更新,这极大程度地提高了口腔医生的工作效率,然而由其所导致的各种感染风险也在不断增加,其中气溶胶所致的感染就是近年来最值得关注的问题之一。目前学界中已有大量关于气溶胶的文献,这些文献报道了可以经过气溶胶传播的疾病;可能产生污染的牙科程序以及减少牙科诊室气溶胶污染的方法等。本文通过分析归纳其中一些相关文献,总结出关于致病性气溶胶感染的防控策略,为口腔诊室对气溶胶所致感染的防控提供了一些方法和思路。
With the continuous development of oral diagnosis and treatment,various high-speed rotating equipment and ultrasound equipment have been widely applied to dental treatment,which greatly improved the work efficiency.However,the risk of viral/bacterial infections caused by these equipment is also constantly increasing,and aerosol is one of the most important routes of virus transmission.Many studies have reported some diseases caused by aerosol,dental procedures that might cause aerosol contamination and methods of reducing aerosol pollution in dental clinic.In this review,we summary the prevention and control strategies for the viral infection via aerosol transmission during dental diagnosis and treatment.
