摘要
口腔综合治疗台水路(dental unit waterlines,DUWLs)污染状况是口腔诊疗中亟需解决的控制交叉感染的难题。其污染原因主要包括水路细长狭窄、水在管内停滞时间长、防回吸装置失效以及供水水源污染等。文章就DUWLs污染现状、微生物污染、污染原因进行分析,以寻找有效控制DUWLs生物膜的方法。其具体控制措施包括使用有效的化学消毒剂、改善口腔综合治疗台供水水质、更改牙椅设计,为开发可长期控制生物膜且不需过多人工干预的新方法提供参考。
The contamination of dental unit waterlines(DUWLs)has become a serious problem in controlling cross-infection in the oral diagnosis and treatment.The main causes of contamination of DUWLs include slender and narrow waterline,long stagnation time of water in the pipe,failure of the anti-suction device,and pollution of the water supply.This article analyzes the pollution status,microbial contamination and contamination causes of DUWLs in order to find effective ways to control the biofilm formation in DUWLs.The specific control measures include the use of effective chemical disinfectants,improvement of the quality of water supplied to dental unit,and change of dental chair design.This review provides suggestions for developing new methods that can effectively control biofilms without requiring excessive manual intervention.
