摘要
目的通过临床药师参与1例妊娠期泛发性脓疱型银屑病会诊,为临床药师参与妊娠期银屑病药学会诊提供参考。方法临床药师参与1例妊娠期泛发性脓疱型银屑病会诊,询问患者既往用药史,分析患者妊娠期银屑病治疗药物的用药风险,为患者制定妊娠期个体化用药方案,开展妊娠期药物治疗监护。结果临床药师参与药学会诊,使临床医师明确了妊娠期患者的药物治疗策略,同时也降低了妊娠期患者的用药风险。结论临床药师通过参与药学会诊,在妊娠期患者的药物治疗过程中,发挥了积极有效的作用。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in the pharmacy consultation of psoriasis during pregnancy through clinical pharmacist participated in the one case of consultation. METHODS Clinical pharmacist participated in a consultation of one case of generalized pustular psoriasis during pregnancy. During the consultation, clinical pharmacist enquired about the patient’s previous medication history, analyzed the risk of medication for psoriasis treatment in pregnancy, developed the individualized medication regimen for pregnancy for the patient, and conducted medical treatment monitoring for the patient during pregnancy. RESULTS Clinical pharmacist enabled the clinician to clarify the drug treatment strategy for the patient during pregnancy and also reduced the risk of medication for the patient by participated in the pharmacy consultation. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist plays an active and effective role in the drug treatment of pregnant patients by participating in pharmacy consultation.
