摘要
检索近20年来瑶药四季风(丝穗金粟兰)的相关文献,对其中涉及本草考证、化学成分、药理作用、质量标准的相关文献进行分析总结,结果显示历代本草文献中所记载的剪草、翦草均为金粟兰科金粟兰属植物丝穗金粟兰(瑶药四季风),其化学成分主要有挥发油、单倍半萜、二聚倍半萜等,药理活性主要有抗肿瘤、抗疟、抗真菌、抗炎等。近年来,随着金粟兰属植物抗肿瘤活性的深入研究,四季风的抗肿瘤活性也引起了人们的广泛关注。文章对四季风的研究现状予以综述,为四季风的进一步开发研究提供参考依据。
Retrieve the past 20 years about yao medicine Chloranthus fortunei related literature,to which involves literatures,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,quality standard analysis related literature summary,the results shows that all previous dynasties recorded in materia medica literature grass clippings,Jian grass are Chloranthus fortunei,its chemical composition are mainly naphtha,haploid terpene,dimer times and terpene,pharmacological activities mainly has anti-tumor,malaria,antifungal and anti-inflammatory,etc.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the anti-tumor activity of the Chloranthus swartzanti-tumor activity of Chloranthus fortunei has also attracted extensive attention.In thispaper,the research status of the Chloranthus fortunei is summarized to provide reference for the further development.
