摘要
针对国内某大型在建LNG接收站在不同工况条件下BOG蒸发气的生成情况进行了分析;然后分别从压缩机的机械原理、运行范围、稳定性、运维成本、备件费用、噪声及振动控制等角度出发对往复式BOG压缩机和离心式BOG压缩机的优缺点进行了阐述;最终从BOG压缩机运行过程中的经济性和稳定性出发,为该LNG接收站项目BOG压缩机的选型给出合理的推荐方案。
This paper analyzed the formation of BOG evaporating gas under different working conditions in a large LNG terminal under construction in China.Then the advantages and disadvantages of reciprocating BOG compressor and centrifugal BOG compressor were expounded from the aspects of mechanical principle,operating range,stability,operation and maintenance,spare parts cost,noise and vibration,etc.Finally,based on the economy and stability of the BOG compressor in the process of operation,a reasonable proposal is given for the selection of the BOG compressor for the LNG terminal project.
