摘要
餐饮安全问题一直是社会公众广泛关注的焦点话题,青少年的身心健康、茁壮成长离不开一日三餐的营养搭配。近年来,互联网行业兴起,外卖行业迅速扩张导致食品安全问题屡见不鲜。基于此,通过问卷调查和走访的方式对某师范大学学生和周边商家外卖状况进行调查,研究发现,校园外卖目前存在诸多隐患。针对矛盾,应从个人、商户、学校、平台、政府等多角度、多方面进行联动监管并提出治理对策,为高校外卖食品安全乃至整个外卖行业的监管提供思路与借鉴。
Food safety has always been the focus of public attention,the physical and mental health of young people,healthy and healthy growth can not be separated from the nutrition of three meals a day.In recent years,with the rise of the internet industry and the rapid expansion of the food delivery industry,food safety problems are common.Based on this,a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted to investigate the take-out situation of students in a normal university and surrounding businesses.The study found that take-out on campus currently has many hidden dangers.In view of the contradiction,the supervision should be carried out from multiple perspectives,including individuals,businesses,schools,platforms and governments,and countermeasures should be put forward,so as to provide ideas and reference for the supervision of take-out food safety in colleges and universities and even the whole industry.
