摘要
针对目前马铃薯收获机田间收获试验中挖掘铲入土困难及大块土壤破碎效果不理想导致壅土现象等问题,对挖掘铲进行了改进优化,对比分析了振动式挖掘铲和静挖掘铲的区别,并对振动式挖掘铲的铲宽、铲面倾角、铲仞倾角等进行了分析计算。以明薯率、伤薯率、含杂率为性能指标,对设计挖掘铲进行了可靠性验证,以经过杀秧处理的马铃薯植株为试验对象进行田间试验验证,结果表明:实际的挖薯率为96.98%,伤薯率为1.12%,含杂率为2.46%,优于马铃薯收获的国家行业标准作业要求。研究数据对马铃薯收获的挖掘作业具有重要意义。
In view of the current difficulty in digging shovel into the soil during the field harvesting test of potato harvester,the problem of unsatisfactory large-scale soil crushing leads to the phenomenon of bauxite,etc.The excavation shovel is improved and optimized,and the difference between vibrating digging shovel and static excavating shovel is analyzed and compared.The analysis and calculation of the shovel width,the shovel inclination angle,and the shovel inclination angle of the vibrating digging shovel were carried out.Based on the performance index of sweet potato rate,potato rate and impurity rate,the reliability of the design excavation shovel was verified.The potato plants treated with the acaricidal treatment were tested in the field to verify the actual potato excavation rate of 96.98.%,the rate of contaminated potatoes is 1.12%,and the impurity content is 2.46%,which is superior to the national industry standard operation requirements for potato harvesting.The research data is of great significance for the excavation of potato harvesting.
