摘要
目的探究非布司他治疗慢性肾病伴高尿酸血症的疗效及机制。方法从2019年3月~2020年3月收治的慢性肾病伴高尿酸血症患者中选取82例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组予以别嘌醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以非布司他治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效、血清生化指标变化及药物不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮指标对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组患者的血尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的药物不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论非布司他在治疗慢性肾病伴高尿酸血症中具有较为理想的疗效,可显著改善患者的血尿酸等指标,控制患者症状,同时安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of febuxostat tablets in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with hyperuricemia.Methods 82 patients with chronic kidney disease with hyperuricemia were selected from March 2019~March 2020 as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with random grouping software,41 each.The control group was treated with allopurinol,and the observation group increased the febuxostat tablets treatment on the basis of the control group,and compared the therapeutic efficacy,serum biochemical index changes and adverse drug reactions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum uric acid,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the level of serum uric acid,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse drug reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Febuxostat has an ideal curative effect in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with hyperuricemia,which can significantly improve the serum uric acid and other indicators,so that the symptoms of patients can be controlled,and the safety is good.
