IgA肾病并发高尿酸血症患者5年随访研究 被引量：17

摘要 IgA肾病（IgAN）是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，其临床表现和病理改变多种多样，自然病程有较大差异，多种因素参与了疾病的进展。研究证明，肾功能损害、高血压、大量蛋白尿、高分级的病理损伤是影响IgAN的危险因素。高尿酸血症、高三酰甘油血症也是影响IgAN预后的独立危险因素。本研究对我院近年来IgAN患者的临床病理及随访资料进行分析，旨在进一步探讨高尿酸血症对于IgAN患者预后的影响。
