摘要
为探讨猪瘟(classical swine fever,CSF)与猪圆环病毒(porcine circovirus,PCV)混合感染的实验室检测结果。在2020年2—9月期间,采集某猪场80头疑似CSFV或(和)PCV感染病猪的扁桃体、淋巴结、脾、肺等组织样本作为待测标本。运用CSFV病毒野毒株荧光RT-PCR检测CSFV感染情况,采用PCV多重PCR检测PCV感染情况,统计分析CSFV和PCV病原学诊断结果,分析各类病毒单一感染和混合感染情况。结果:CSFV与PCV混合感染发生率(53.75%)显著高于PCV各亚型混合感染(22.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验室检测显示,本猪场CSFV和PCV病毒混合感染形式较为流行,应警惕高发感染类型,针对病原学检测结果,采取对应的治疗措施和感染预防措施,以提高混合感染防控效果。
To investigate the results of laboratory tests for co-infection of classical swine fever(CSF)and swine porcine circovirus virus(PCV).The tonsil,lymph node,spleen and lung of 80 pigs suspected to be infected with CSFV or(and)PCV were collected from a pig farm in September 2020.The infection of CSFV was detected by fluorescent RT-PCR,the infection of CSFV and PCV by multiplex PCR,and the results of etiological diagnosis of CSFV and PCV were analyzed.Results:The co-infection rate of CSFV and PCV was significantly higher(53.75%)than that of PCV subtypes(22.50%)(P<0.05).The mixed infection of CSFV and PCV was prevalent in the pig farm.We should pay attention to the high infection type,and take corresponding treatment and infection prevention measures according to the results of pathogen detection,in order to improve the control effect of mixed infection.
