摘要
2018年9月初,黔东南州某养殖专业合作社引进的保育猪发生急性死亡。通过流行病学调查、临床观察、病理剖检和实验室检测,对该起疫情进行了诊断。结果显示:猪伪狂犬病病毒gE-ELISA抗体检测和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒RT-qPCR检测均为阴性,猪瘟病毒RT-qPCR检测阳性。结合流行病学调查、临床症状和病理剖检结果,确诊该疫情为猪瘟病毒感染。猪瘟临床特征与猪繁殖与呼吸综合征等其他疫病较为相似,仅依据临床症状和病理剖检很难分辨,实际工作中,需结合血清学和病原学检测才能确诊。同时,该疫情也提示,虽然猪瘟已非国家强制免疫病种,但仍需根据实际开展免疫预防,做好引进猪群的隔离检疫工作。
In early September of 2018,the weaned piglets introduced by a specialized breeding cooperative in Qiandongnan Prefecture died acutely,which was diagnosed by means of epidemiological investigation,clinical observation,pathological autopsy and laboratory testing,and it was found that the antibodies against porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)couldn't be detected,while the antibodies against classical swine fever virus(CSFV)could be detected by RT-qPCR.Then,according to epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms and results of pathological autopsy,it was confirmed that the outbreak was caused by CSFV.The clinical symptoms of CSF was similar to that of PRRSV and other diseases,so it would be difficult to identify the disease based only on clinical symptoms and pathological autopsy,instead,it should be confirmed according to serological and etiological testing in practice.Meanwhile,as indicated by the outbreak,it was necessary to immunize vaccines according to actual conditions and to separate and quarantine any introduced pigs,although CSF had not already been a kind of disease with compulsory immunization as required by the State.
