摘要
以太达村隧道为工程背景,根据隧道注浆理论,结合现场实地考察,制订相应的施工方案。在松散区利用隧道注浆控制技术进行施工,并对隧道注浆机理和施工结果进行研究。研究结果显示,随着注浆压力和材料水灰比数值增加,隧道体积收缩率呈现较快增长,但变化曲线呈现非线性增加,注浆压力和材料水灰比对隧道体积收缩率有影响,对变化曲线的峰值没有影响。盾构隧道注浆控制技术使隧道工程质量有明显提升,同时也为其他工程地质条件下的隧道注浆研究提供参考。
The research takes the Taida Village Tunnel as the engineering background,according to the theory of tunnel grouting,combined with on-site inspections and formulating corresponding construction plans,the tunnel shield grouting control technology is completed in the loose area,and the tunnel grouting mechanism and construction results are studied.The research results show that with the increase of the grouting pressure and the water-cement ratio of the material,the tunnel volume shrinkage rate increases rapidly,but the change curve shows a non-linear increase.The grouting pressure and the material water-cement ratio have an effect on the tunnel volume shrinkage rate.But it has no effect on the peak of change curve.The grouting technology has significantly improved the quality of tunnel engineering,and it also provides reference value for tunnel grouting research under other engineering geological conditions.
