摘要
目的比较白内障手术双眼接受散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体与普通多焦点人工晶状体(MIOL)植入后双眼全程视力(远视力5 m,中视力60 cm,近视力33 cm)及单眼全程视力.方法回顾性研究.收集广州爱尔眼科医院2018年3月至2020年1月行飞秒激光辅助晶状体超声乳化MIOL植入36例(72眼)的临床资料.所有患者分为两组,A组即散光矫正型MIOL组16例(32眼)和B组即普通MIOL组20例(40眼).术后随访1.5个月,进行离焦曲线检查,离焦曲线下面积的大小来反映MIOL植入术后的全程视力.结果随访期末,双眼全程视力A组优于B组(t=-5.950,P<0.001).A组单眼全程视力优于B组(t=-10.792,P<0.001).各组内左、右眼之间全程视力差异无统计学意义.结论双眼的全程视力均优于单眼;散光矫正型MIOL植入术后全程视力优于普通MIOL植入者.
Objective To compare the binocular and monocular full range vision(distant vision 5 m,middle vision 60 cm,near vision 33 cm)of cataract surgery after implantation of astigmatism-corrected multifocal intraocular lens and ordinary multifocal intraocular lens(MIOL).Methods This was a retrospective study.The clinical data of 72 eyes of 36 cases underwent femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification and MIOL implantation from Mar.2018 to Jan.2020 in Guangzhou Aier Eye Hospital were collected.These cases were divided into two Groups,group A was astigmatism-corrected type MIOL group with 32 eyes of 16 cases and group B was ordinary MIOL group with 40 eyes of 20 cases.The followed up time was 1.5 months after surgery.The defocus curve was checked,and the area under the defocus curve was reflected the full vision after MIOL implantation.Results At the end of followed up,the binocular full range vision of group A was better than that of group B(t=-5.95,P<0.05),and the monocular full range vision of group A was better than that of group B(t=10.792,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in full range vision between the left and right eyes in each group.Conclusion The binocular full range vision is better than that of monocular eye,and the full range vision of the astigmatism-corrected type MIOL is better than that of ordinary MIOL implantation.
