摘要
对目标物体的准确识别和分类,是机器人在工业应用中进行抓取和分拣等任务的核心问题。提出了基于PLC和机器视觉的物体形状和颜色识别系统,该系统由PLC作为主控,利用机器视觉对物体形状和颜色进行分类,在识别目标特征后,送入MATLAB处理后将结果发送给PLC,PLC控制机器人的关节,进行目标选择和抓取,有效提高了定位精度和工作效率,降低了成本。
Accurate identification and classification of target objects is the core issue of robots in tasks such as grasping and sorting in industrial applications.This paper proposes an object shape and color recognition system based on PLC and machine vision,This system is controlled by PLC and Machine vision is used to classify the shape and color of the object.After identifying the target features,it is sent to MATLAB for processing and the results are sent to PLC,PLC controls the joints of the robot,selects and grasps the target,which effectively improves the positioning accuracy and working efficiency,and reduces the cost.
