摘要
为了挑选出个大肉多的优质蜜柚,基于三菱PLC设计了一款蜜柚分拣装置,采用气动侧推分类机构,通过接近开关、光幕传感器、称重传感器进行信号检测,先按大小一级分拣后按重量进行二级分级,最终可分拣出大小未达标、大小达标重量未达标、大小和重量均达标三类蜜柚。设计并详述了其机械结构、气动原理及控制过程,根据控制要求进行了软硬件设计。此外,还通过PLC和变频器来控制三相异步电机继而对传送带进行调速,达到了节能提速效果。
In order to pick out big high-quality pomelo with much flesh,a sorting device for honey pomelo based on Mitsubishi PLC was designed. It adopts the pneumatic side-pushing sorting mechanism,and detects the signals through proximity switch, light screen sensor and weighing sensor. It first performs primary sorting of the pomelos according to their size,and then performs secondary sorting according to their weight. Finally,it can sort out the such three kinds of pomelos as those whose sizes are less than the standard,those whose sizes meet the standard but whose weights are below standard,and those both whose sizes and weights reach the standard.The mechanical structure,pneumatic principle and control process were designed and described,and the hardware and software were developed according to the control requirements. In addition,PLC and frequency converter were used to control the three-phase asynchronous motor and regulate the speed of the conveyor belt so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation and speed increase.
