摘要
文化是城市发展的基础,文化创新是城市发展的引擎。传承创新西安历史文化资源,要深入阐发西安城市文化精髓,加大宣传教育力度,保护历史文化遗产,滋养文艺创作,融入生产生活,推动西安与国内外的文化交流互鉴。在市场、社会和公共政策的合力作用下,融合中西现代文化要素,自觉构建和熔铸与现代社会相适应的民主、自由、法治、开放、包容等为特质的现代文化精神,重点塑造科学精神、企业家精神和工匠精神,为西安城市发展注入持久的活力。
Cultural heritage is the foundation of urban development,and cultural innovation is the engine of urban development.To inherit and innovate Xi’an’s historical and cultural resources,we need to deeply elaborate the essence of culture,penetrate national education,protect and inherit cultural heritage,nourish literary and artistic creation,integrate into production and life,strengthen publicity and education,and promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and foreign countries.Under the joint efforts of market,society and public policies,we should integrate the modern cultural elements of China and the west,consciously build and melt the modern cultural spirit with the characteristics of democracy,freedom,rule of law,openness and inclusiveness,which is compatible with the modern society,and focus on shaping the spirit of science,entrepreneurship and craftsmanship,so as to inject lasting vitality into the urban development of Xi’an.
