摘要
传统中药治疗往往基于单一靶点,具有局限性,随着大数据时代的到来和多学科交叉的快速发展,网络药理学应运而生。网络药理学的"整体观"与"辨证论治"的概念不仅符合中医药多组分、多靶点、多途径的治疗机制也符合中药君臣佐使、七情和合的治疗特色,可以达到提高药物疗效,减轻毒副作用。本文将对中药网络药理学的现状与前景、数据的获取和常用数据库进行概述,主要从网络药理学在中药领域的运用,包括寻找中药药效物质基础,阐明药理作用机制,合理设计新方,获得安全有效药物等方面进行阐述。
TCM treatment is often based on a single target and has its limitations.With the advent of big data and the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary development,network pharmacology has emerged.The concepts of"holism"and"treatment based on syndrome differentiation"of network pharmacology are not only consistent with the therapeutic mechanism of multi-component,multi-target and multi-path of TCM,but also with the compatibility of monarch,minister,assistant and guide,and with the concordance of seven emotions in TCM,thus to improve the efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects.This study summarized the current status and prospects of network pharmacology of TCM,data acquisition and commonly used databases.It elaborated mainly from the application of network pharmacology in the field of TCM,including finding the basis of pharmacological substances of Chinese medicinal,clarifying the mechanism of pharmacological action,rationally designing new prescriptions and obtaining safe and effective drugs.
