FANUC数控机床反向间隙的测量与补偿

摘要 为提升数控机床的加工精度,保持良好的机床机械性能,分析了反向间隙产生的原理,指出了反向间隙对加工的影响。以FANUC数控系统为例,提出了反向间隙测量的相关参数及反向间隙的补偿方法,使反向偏差量保持在数控机床允许的范围内。 In order to improve the working accuracy of numerical control machine tool,and keep good characteristics of numerical control machine tool,the research analyzes the principle of backlash,and points out the influence of backlash.Through taking FANUC numerical control system as an example,the research points out the compensation method of the related parameters and backlash,to keep the backlash in the allowable numerical control machine tool.
