摘要
本文以航空电惯量模拟惯性试验台为例,从试验台试验精度入手,介绍了试验台飞轮惯量校准及飞轮风阻损耗力矩测量、轴承损耗力矩测量及补偿,重点讲述了飞轮惯量校准的原理及损耗测量与补偿的原理。通过以上测量结果对试验台提供能量进行校准、补偿,能有效地提升试验台的试验精度。
In the paper,the aerial electric inertia simulation test bench is taken as an example to introduce the calibration of flywheel inertia,the measurement of flywheel wind resistance loss torque,and the measurement and compensation of bearing loss torque.Based on the measurement results,the energy provided by the test bench is calibrated and compensated,which can effectively improve the test accuracy of the test bench.
