摘要
在慢性感染性疾病及肿瘤的进展过程中,持续性的抗原刺激会导致T细胞耗竭。耗竭T细胞的效应功能会在疾病进展过程中逐渐出现障碍直至丧失,从而影响机体对疾病的有效控制。T细胞耗竭的机制以及通过逆转耗竭T细胞来治疗慢性感染性疾病和肿瘤已成为近年的研究热点。本文将对耗竭T细胞的主要特点、耗竭现象的逆转及其与疾病之间的关系进行综述。
T cell exhaustion displays stepwise and progressive losing of immune functions under conditions of antigen-persistence stimulation,which occurs following chronic infections and tumor progression.And the host always cannot control infections and tumors effectively because of T cell exhaustion.Mechanism of T cell exhaustion as well as the treatment of chronic infectious diseases and tumors by reversing exhausted T cells have become a research hotspot in recent years.This article will review the main features of exhausted T cells,the reversal of T cell exhaustion and the relationship between T cell exhaustion and diseases.
