摘要
基于BIM可视化模型的连续梁0#块多孔振捣技术作为一种新型技术手段,可以提前预防并设计指导现场开窗振捣作业,确保振捣作业零死角,保证大体积0#块的混凝土密实。结合郑万高铁湖北段10标神农溪双线大桥1#主墩0#块施工的实际情况及施工特点,对基于BIM技术的连续梁0#块多孔振捣技术进行介绍,详细阐述其施工方法,并对0#块浇筑方案进行了优化。优化结果可大幅度提高混凝土的浇筑质量,解决传统工艺带来的混凝土浇筑弊病,并为类似工程施工提供参考。
The porous vibrating technology for 0^# block of continuous beam based on the BIM visualization model is a new technical mean,which can guide the on-site vibrating operation in advance to ensure there is no blind side in the vibrating operation and ensure the compactness of the concreteof large volume 0^# block. Combined with the actual construction and construction characteristics of the 1^# main pier 0^# block of the Shennongxi Double Line Bridge in the 10 th bid of Hubei section of Zhengwan High-speed Railway,the porous vibrating technology for 0^# block of continuous beam based on BIM technology is introduced,and the construction method is described in detail,the pouring plan of 0^# block is optimized.The optimization results can greatly improve the quality of concrete pouring,and solve the disadvantages of concrete pouring caused by traditional technology. This article can provide references for similar engineering construction.
