摘要
大数据产业的迅猛发展对应用型大数据人才的需求剧增,人才供需缺口持续增大,人才供需不平衡的现象也较为明显,而目前应用型大数据人才培养体系尚不完善。本文首先介绍了应用型大数据人才需求现状、专业建设现状和人才培养面临的问题,进而对应用型大数据人才培养的指导思想、培养目标、培养方式、课程体系、实习实训、师资培养、人才评价、大数据实验室和大数据智慧教室进行了探讨,最后对应用型大数据人才培养的关键点进行了讨论。
With the rapid development of big data industry,the demand for application-oriented big data professionals has increased sharply.The gap between supply and demand of such professionals has continued to increase,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of professionals is significant.However,the current training system of application-oriented big data professionals is deficient.This paper first introduces the current situation of demand for application-oriented big data professionals,the current situation of specialty construction,and the problems faced by talent training.Then,it explores many aspects of talent training for application-oriented big data professionals,including guiding ideology,training objectives,training methods,curriculum system,practical training,teacher’s training,talent evaluation,big data laboratory,and big data intelligent classroom.Finally,it discusses three key points of talent training for application-oriented big data professionals.
