摘要
本文从消费信用和信用信息入手,界定了消费信用体系的内涵。在此基础上以美国消费信用局和欧洲公共信用登记机构为典型代表,分析了消费信用报告机构形成和发展的条件,介绍了企业信用评级和企业信用担保两大企业信用制度建设现状,最后以美国为例介绍消费信用制度的法律体系建设情况。
Based on consumer credit and credit information,this article defines the concept of consumer credit system,analyzes the conditions for the formation and development of consumer credit reporting agencies taking US Consumer Credit Bureau and European Public Credit Registration Agency as typical examples,introduces the current status of corporate credit rating and corporate credit guarantee,and shows the legal system of the consumer credit system.
