摘要
以2,3-双〔(2-巯乙基)硫基〕-1-丙硫醇(BMETP)和1,3-双(异氰酸根合甲基)环己烷(BIMC)为原料,制备了聚硫氨酯光学树脂。联合采用差示扫描量热法和红外光谱法,对制备BMETP-BIMC树脂的催化剂配方和固化条件进行了优化。研究结果表明BMETP-BIMC树脂具有很好的热稳定性(T 5%=279℃),较好的透光性(T=87%),较高的折光指数(1.617)和阿贝数(38),满足树脂镜片的要求。
Polythiourethane optical resin was prepared from 2,3-bis〔(2-mercaptoethyl)thio〕-1-propanethiol(BMETP)and 1,3-bis(isocyanantomethyl)cyclohexane(BIMC).Both Differential Scattering Calorimetry(DSC)and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)were used to optimize the catalyst recipes and curing conditions of BMETP-BIMC resin.The results showed that BMETP-BIMC resin displayed good thermal stability(T 5%=279℃),excellent transmission of light(T=87%),high refractive index(1.617)and Abbe number(38),which could meet the requirements of optical resin lens.
