摘要
高折射率丙烯酸酯光学树脂在光学膜、液晶显示器以及LED增亮膜等领域应用广泛。为了合成具有高折射率、低色散的光学树脂单体,引入摩尔折射率较大的硫原子和苯环基团,以五元芳香杂环为中心结构、乙氧基为柔性链,丙烯酸酯为末端基团,合成出5个噻二唑和二唑的化合物。经过IR、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR和MS进行表征,通过阿贝折射仪测量目标化合物的折射率和阿贝数。化合物的折射率均超过1.61,最高达到1.64,且阿贝值均在35以上。
Polyacrylates with high refractive index have been widely applied in optical film,liquid crystal display,and LED enhancement film and so on.In order to synthesize the monomers with high refractive index and low dispersion,five thiazole and triazole compounds were synthesized by introducing sulfur atom and aryl with high molar refractivity and using five-membered aromatic heterocyclic group as center,ethoxy as flexible chain,and acrylate as ended group.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR and MS,and their Abbe numbers and refractive indexes were measured by Abbe refractometer.The results confirm the chemical structures of all compounds and show that the refractive index are all above 1.61,up to 1.64 and the Abbe value are all above 35.
