微波干燥机在铜阳极泥烘干工艺上的应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 中原黄金冶炼厂电解系统二期15万t/a阴极铜新增产能提升后,带式蒸汽干燥机的备料能力无法满足卡尔多炉的连续性生产需要。为解决此问题,该厂在行业内首次将水平传输带式微波干燥机应用于脱铜阳极泥的烘干,经过生产实践和技术优化,脱铜阳极泥处理能力由原来的4 t/d提升至16t/d,单台1 m^3卡尔多炉处理阳极泥能力已从原来的3 500 t/a提升至5 000 t/a。实践证明该设备具有生产高效、操作方便、易控制及安全环保的优点,本文对设备的选型与改进进行了阐述,并对常见故障给出了解决方法,以期对相关人员提供参考和借鉴。 After the increased capacity of 150000 t/a cathode copper in the second phase of the electrolysis system of a smelter,the material preparation capacity of the belt steam dryer cannot meet the continuous production needs of the Kaldor furnace.In order to solve this problem,the factory firstly applied a horizontal conveyor belt microwave dryer for the drying of copper-removed anode slime in drying process.After production practice and technical optimization,the processing capacity of copper-removed anode slime was increased from 4 t/d to 16 t/d,and the processing capacity of a single 1 m^3 Kaldor furnace has been increased from the original 3500 t/a to 5000 t/a.The practice has proved that the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency,convenient operation,easy control,safety and environmental protection.This article describes the selection and improvement of the equipment,and provides solutions to common faults in order to provide reference and reference.
