摘要
微波加热作为一种新型加热方式,具有高效性、穿透性、选择性和环境友好等优点,在工业加热领域受到广泛的应用和研究。但在实际的工业生产应用中,微波加热存在着加热效率急剧下降和加热不均匀的问题,本文提出了一种结合相应的多物理场仿真和角度选择的加热方法,实现了更加高效和均匀微波加热效果,本文对微波加热算法具有的一定的指导意义。
As a new heating method,microwave heating has advantages of high efficiency,penetrability,selectivity and environmental friendliness,and has been widely used and studied in industrial heating.However,in practical industrial production applications,microwave heating has the problems of sharp decrease in heating efficiency and non-uniform heating.This paper proposes a heating method combining the corresponding multiphysics simulation and angle selection to achieve more efficient and uniform microwave heating effect.This paper has certain guiding significance for microwave heating algorithm.
