摘要
围绕《中等职业学校德育大纲》要求,创新中职德育评价机制是每个中职学校德育工作的重要任务。因而提出"三自"德育的评价机制:创新中职学校的德育评价激励方法,促进学生思想自省;丰富中职学校的德育评价内容,促进学生行为自律;完善中职学校的德育评价途径,促进学生个性自强。这一评价机制,在德育工作实践中取得了良好的示范作用。
According to the requirements of"The Outline of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools",it is an important task for each secondary vocational school to innovate the evaluation mechanism of moral education.Therefore,this paper puts forward the evaluation mechanism of"three-self"moral education:innovating the moral education evaluation incentive method to promote the students’ideological self-examination;enriching the contents of moral education evaluation to promote the students’self-discipline;improving the moral education evaluation pathsto promotethe students’self-improvement.This evaluation mechanism has achieved good demonstration effect in the practice of moral education.
