摘要
目的:分析网课期间高职护生自主学习能力与自我效能感、网络学习自我监控能力的相关性。方法:采用整群抽样方法,采用一般情况调查表、自我效能感量表、网络学习自我监控能力评估量表、护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表对某高职院校毕业班582名护生进行问卷调查。结果:毕业班护生自主学习能力总分为(88.68±10.63)分,自我管理维度得分(31.85±4.01)分,信息能力维度得分(35.96±5.42)分,学习合作能力维度得分(20.85±2.99)分;学习合作能力维度均分和自主学习能力总均分均低于大专高年级常模(P<0.05)。自评学习平台"完全、基本能满足学习需求者"、"能较高质量地完成线上作业者"、"学习效果高者",自主学习能力得分均较高(P<0.01);自评喜欢的学习方式是"学习平台+教师直播"者自主学习能力得分高于单纯网络学习平台(P<0.05);自我效能感正常分值组和高分组自主学习能力总分均显著高于低分组(P<0.01),网络学习自我监控能力高分组自主学习能力总分显著高于低分组(P<0.01);自主学习能力及其各维度与自我效能感和网络学习自我监控能力均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);回归模型显示对自主学习能力的贡献大小依次为自我效能感、自评学习效果、自评网络平台是否能满足学习需求、自评线上作业完成情况、网络学习自我监控能力,共同解释了护生自主学习能力的31.1%(P<0.01)。结论:网课期间,学生自主学习能力受诸多因素影响,应从护生自我效能感以及网络学习自我监控能力的提升方面着手,胜任逐渐增加的信息化的教学模式。
Objective: To analyze the correlation of self-learning ability,self-efficacy and self-monitoring ability during the network classes in higher vocational nursing students. Method: Cluster sampling was used to investigate 582 nursing students of a vocational college by general condition questionnaire,General Self-Efficacy Scale( GSES),network learning self-monitoring ability assessment scale and self-learning ability assessment scale. Results: The total score of self-learning ability of nursing students was88. 68±10. 63,and the scores of self-management,information ability and learning cooperation ability were 31. 85± 4. 01,35. 96±5. 42 and 20. 85 ± 2. 99 respectively. The average score of learning cooperation ability and the total average score of self-learning ability were both lower than the norm of junior college( P < 0. 05). Students who could completely and basically meet the learning needs on the self-evaluation learning platform,students who could complete online assignments with high quality,and students with high learning effect had higher self-learning ability scores( P < 0. 01). Students whose preferred learning method was "learning platform+teacher webcast" had higher score of self-learning ability than those who only like online learning platform( P < 0. 05).Both the scores of self-learning ability of groups with the normal score and the higher score of self-efficacy were significantly higher than that of the group with the lower score( P<0. 01),and the score of self-learning ability of the group with higher score of network learning self-monitoring ability was significantly higher than that of the group with lower score( P<0. 01). The self-learning ability and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy and network learning self-monitoring ability( P<0. 01).The regression model showed that the contributions to the self-learning ability were self-efficacy,self-assessment of learning effect,self-assessment of whether the network platform could meet the learning needs,
