摘要
近年来,伴随着人工智能、大数据和区块链等新一代信息技术的跨越式发展,正促使教育信息化步入2.0时代,成为推动我国教育改革和创新发展的重要标志。随着我国高校信息化愈来愈深入和教育日趋智能化,对高等教育信息化发展水平进行科学衡量与评价,逐渐成为教育领域的研究热点。当前,我国高等教育信息化评价研究,存在着研究相对滞后、评价体系比较单薄等问题。为此,依据"十三五"规划中对教育信息化核心指标及其要求,基于成熟度模型理论和准备度理论,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法等研究工具,构建了宏观、通用、前瞻性较强,能较好适应教育信息化2.0发展需求的高等教育信息化发展水平的评价指标体系。经过S大学的实证研究表明:评价指标具有良好的规范性、通用性、科学性与合理性。希望通过这一评价指标体系,能有效促进我国高等教育信息化的快速和良性发展。
In recent years, educational informatization has entered the 2.0 era with the rapid development of information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data and block chains,which has become an important symbol to promote Chinese education reform and innovative development. With the development of higher education informatization level and scientific measure-ment, it has become a hot spot in the field of education.At present, the research of higher education informatization in our country has some problems such as relatively backward research and weak evaluation system.To this end, according to the core indicators and requirements for educational informatization in the 13 th Five-Year Plan, based on the theory of maturity model and the theory of readiness, using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process and other research tools, we have established a macro, universal and forward-looking strong. The evaluation index system of higher education informatization level can be well adapted to the development needs of education informatization 2.0.The empirical research of S University shows that the evaluation index has good standardiza-tion, universality, science and rationality.It is hoped that the system of evaluation indicators can effectively promote the rapid and benign development of higher education informatization in China.
